Lenten Season Worship, Days of Abstinence and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Days of Fast and Abstinence Lent is a season of fast and abstinence. All Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence from eating meat which includes chicken, pork, beef, etc. and anything made from meat including soup stock. This also means that Catholics, age 14 and older, are asked to limit the size of their meals and refrain from eating between meals.Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will be held from 1:00pm to 3:00pm every Friday during Lent beginning this Friday. This is an opportunity for you to celebrate The Stations privately, pray the Rosary or have a common prayer.
